Dave Anderson is a veteran supply chain leader and investor with more than three decades of experience across global operations, consulting, and venture capital. He is the Managing General Partner of Supply Chain Ventures, a firm he founded in 2001 to invest exclusively in software and technology companies transforming supply chain, logistics, and operations.
Prior to founding Supply Chain Ventures, Dave spent over 35 years at Accenture, where he was a key leader in building and scaling the firm’s global supply chain management practice. During his tenure, he worked closely with senior executives across North America, Europe, and Asia, advising some of the world’s largest enterprises on supply chain strategy, planning, and operational transformation.
Through his investing and advisory work, Dave has had a front-row seat to how supply chains behave under stress—from economic downturns and globalization shifts to rapid demand volatility and technology disruption. His perspective blends deep operational understanding with long-term pattern recognition across multiple business cycles.
Today, Dave is widely recognized as a pioneer in supply chain–focused venture investing. He actively mentors founders and leadership teams building next-generation solutions in areas such as advanced analytics, AI-driven planning, logistics technology, robotics, and digital supply chainplatforms.
